YOU MUST PRESENT VALID ID/DL BEFORE EVERY PROCEDURE OTHERWISE WE WON'T PERFORM SERVICES. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
WE RESERVE RIGHTS TO REJECT A CLIENT/OR TO STOP A SERVICE AT ANY TIME ( USUALLY IF WE BELIVE THAT THERE ARE SOME CONTRAINDICATIONS OR YOU ARE NOT GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THE TREATMENT). IF ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE IT TURNS OUT THAT THE PERMANENT MAKEUP CANNOT BE PERFORMED, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT READ CAREFULLY THE CONTRAINDICATIONS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THE PROCEDURES. IF YOU ARE UNSURE-SCHEDULE ONLINE CONSULTATION WITH ME AND CONSULT WITH YOUR PRIMARY PHYSICIAN.
IN SOME CASES , THE PHYSICIAN'S APPROVAL TO THE PROCEDURE IS REQUIRED.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- consumption of alcohol or drugs within the last 24 hours
- allergy to the ingredients of the preparations and numbing creams
- pregnancy, breastfeeding -must be 3 months after the end of breastfeeding or 3 month after give birth if you are not breastfeeding
- hepatisis B/C
- lupus
- AIDS/ HIV
- diabetes type 1
- chemotherapy
- radiation therapy
- bacterial, viral, fungal and inflammatory infections
- active rosacea
- active vitiligo
- skin porphyria
- active skin disorders: cold sores, shingles, impetigo, pink eye, severe acne, sunburn
- tendency to scarring/fibrosis / hypertrophy of scars
- active psoriasis in the treatment area
- active atopic dermatitis (eczema) in the treatment area
- active seborrheic dermatitis in the treatment area
- eyeball disease (eg glaucoma, cataracts, retinal detachment) (in the case of pigmentation of the eye area)
- Blood Disorders: Sickle Cell, Haemophilia
- use of anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (eg: aspirin, ibuprofen) need to stop taking them for a minimum of 5 to 10 days before procedure unless medically necessary.
- use of corticosteroids (less than 8-12 weeks after the end of the treatment)
- steroids ( must be off for 6 months )
- ACCUTANE (must be off for 6 months)
- antibiotic therapy ( 2 weeks after antibiotic therapy)
- rheumatoid arthritis
- autoimmune diseases (eg ulcerative colitis, Cohn syndrome. Graves-Basedov disease, ankylosing spondylitis)
- untreated and unstable thyroid disorders
- untreated and unstable diabetes aneurysms (eg brain, aorta, arteries)
- multiple sclerosis
- dental or orthodontic treatment 7 days before, or 14 days after procedure (for lip pigmentation)
- aesthetic procedures performed in the treatment area: lip fillers (30 days), Botox (30 days) ablative laser (3 months), non-ablative laser (3 months) HIFU (4 weeks),PDO threads (30 days).
- Retinol/Retin-A must be discontinued 30 days prior to procedure. (It will cause the skin to bleed)
- skin transplant, aesthetic surgery (minimum 6 months)
- exfoliation treatments (chemical peels) in the treatment area (at least 30 days apart)
- eyelash/eyebrow conditioner/ intensive growth products (at least 30 days apart)
- eyelash extension (you need to remove them at least 2-3 days before the procedure)
- intensive tanning (suntanning and sunless tanning -30 days before the procedure)
Procedure appointment:
In order to schedule a permanent makeup appointment, we require a $100 Non-Refundable deposit for securing your procedure appointment. This deposit need to be paid at the time of booking. Deposit will be credited towards your treatment cost.
Rescheduling:
A 72 hours reschedule notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your non-refundable deposit. We encourage you to contact us directly by phone or by text when needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are in need of rescheduling an existing appointment please give us a 72 hours notice and we will carry your deposit over to the new appointment (1time only). If it’s more than 1 time, you will be required to pay another deposit of $100 to secure your appointment.
If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.
No show or late arrivals:
No show or late arrivals ( 15 minutes and more ) or cancellation in less than 72 hours you will lose your deposit.
Payment:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit paid via scheduling system ( credit card required). Balance is due on the day of your procedure via cash, zelle, venmo, cash app, credit/debit card- no checks. 3% surcharge will be added to all credit/debit card payments on site. WE PREFER CASH PAYMENTS ON SITE.
IMPORTANT!
New clients with previous permanent makeup done by not me must send me a clear photo of the old permanent makeup and receive approval before making an appointment. Refreshing the old permanent makeup made in another salon is treated as a new treatment ( not color boost). If you select the wrong category, the treatment will not be performed and the deposit will be non-refundable.
